How It Works With Your MOME Permit

Once the Mayor's Office issues your film permit, NYPD No Parking signs go up — but someone has to be there overnight and throughout shoot day to hold those spots. That's us. We place cones, monitor holds, and coordinate your production vehicles so nothing is lost by call time.

01

You Get the Permit

Your location manager secures the MOME film permit. Send us the permit details and location.

02

We Scout the Block

We assess the location, count spots needed, and plan cone placement ahead of your shoot date.

03

Overnight Hold

Our team places cones the night before, monitoring through the early morning to protect every spot.

04

Shoot Day Ready

All vehicles staged exactly where they need to be by call time. Flaggers on post if needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need to hire you separately from the film permit?
Yes. The MOME permit gives you the legal right to hold spots, but someone has to physically be there to place and monitor the cones. That's what we do — we're the boots on the ground that make your permit work in the real world.
How far in advance do we need to book?
As soon as you know your shoot date, call us. 24–48 hours notice is ideal, but we handle same-day and emergency requests when available. Call 646-712-6140.
Can you handle large multi-day productions?
Absolutely. We work regularly with feature films, network TV series, and major commercials that run multiple days and multiple blocks. We can staff for your full shooting schedule.
Do you work with DOT lane closures?
Yes. Our certified traffic flaggers are trained to work alongside DOT lane closure permits and can coordinate both pedestrian and vehicle traffic around your set.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and our flaggers hold OSHA certifications. Documentation available upon request.
